What shall I wear to my massage?

To keep your modesty and dignity at all times you will be given privacy to change into your underwear, please keep your underwear on for the massage but remove your bra. I will ensure you are covered at all times and only expose the area i am working on at that time. Please also remove all jewellery. Loose clothing is recommended - something you can easily get on and off. 

 

Do you offer massage treatments to males?

Yes, men and women are welcome at Tranquil Touch Therapies. 

 

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking at Brackley leisure centre.

What form of payment do you accept?

Card payment and cash are accepted.

 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes we have a strict cancellation policy, any cancellations less than 48hrs will be charged 50%, any cancelled less than 24hrs will be charged in full - in order to protect the business.

 

What is your gift voucher policy?

Gift vouchers are Non refundable, non exchangeable, and must be used within the expiry date given, expiry dates cannot be extended. It is up to the receiver of the gift voucher to book their treatment. We recommend you book your treatment as soon as you receive the voucher to avoid disappointment. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months. We recommend not to leave booking your voucher 2-3 weeks before the expiry date as we cannot guarantee we will be able to issue you an appointment due to the short notice given - in this circumstance we remain the right to not offer you an appointment past the expiry date. Please ensure you bring your gift voucher to your appointment.
