Welcome to Length & Align Pilates with Laura, I am a qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor & I first found pilates in 2024 when i was suffering with my back and neck from overworking doing massage & once i found the benefits of pilates & found out how amazing it is i decided this would be a good fit for my business and I have a background in ballet too.
I can offer workplace pilates, corporate retreats and Hen & Stag parties for groups of 5+. I can also add on extras such as mini foot, head or shoulder massage for the bride or groom & goodie bags and eye masks with a few minutes meditation at the end of the session as well as group photos.
